Generation Next Project
Change Your Course uses mental performance, one of the fastest-growing areas in sports, to introduce athletes aged 12-18 to skills that extend beyond the golf course. Through golf, participants practice confidence, visualization, resilience, breathing, and pressure management in moments involving mistakes, uncertainty, decision-making, and adversity. By connecting how athletes respond to a difficult shot with how young people approach a bad grade, social pressure, or setback, Change Your Course makes these tools relevant to everyday life and helps participants become more confident, resilient, intentional, and prepared for what comes next.
